Your role: Support with a project-based 'kick'
You are the first point of contact for our clients and the right hand of our developers. You're not a "ticket resolver," but someone who takes charge and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
The foundation: Support Coordination

- You translate client wishes into clear input for the team
- You guide the client: what do they need to prepare or provide?
- You keep them sharp on deadlines
- You monitor progress and are the fixed, professional point of contact

Your growth path
The focus is on rock-solid support and project guidance. Once you've mastered this completely, we offer the possibility to grow into a Consultant role, where you strategically advise on complete e-commerce ecosystems.
